The short version. Every UltraMarketer payment is final. A refund is possible only in the three cases in section 3. You can see real opportunities for your own site in the free website scan before you buy, and you can cancel at any time in the billing portal.
1. Payments are final
An UltraMarketer plan is a monthly or yearly subscription that gives your workspace access to the software for that period, with the limits shown on the pricing page. We charge for access to the period, not per use and not in credits. Access for the whole period is granted when the period starts, whether you use it or not.
By subscribing you ask us to start providing the Service at once. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you agree that performance begins immediately and you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once it has begun. The Service is offered to businesses; this paragraph applies only where consumer law gives such a right.
2. What we do not refund
- A change of mind, or no longer needing the Service.
- Not using the Service, or using less of it than planned, during a paid period.
- A renewal charged at the start of a new period, including one collected after earlier failed attempts.
- Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date, or cancelling right after it.
- Marketing results that differ from the expected impact ranges, which are estimates, or disagreement with the wording of AI-prepared assets.
- Changes made by connected platforms, rejections of ads by those platforms, or advertising spend in your own accounts.
- A feature that is not described on the pricing page, or that works differently from what you assumed.
- Buying the wrong plan, billing period or number of seats.
- The unused part of a period after cancelling. Access runs to the end of the paid period and is not prorated.
- Use of your workspace by people you invited or with whom you shared access.
3. The only exceptions
We refund only in these cases, only where they are supported by our records and those of the payment operator, and only up to the affected charge:
- Duplicate charge. You were charged twice for the same period because of an error in our billing.
- Proven unauthorised charge. Your card was used without your permission, you tell us within 14 days of the charge, and the transaction and account records confirm it. A statement alone is not enough; we may ask you to confirm that you reported it to your card issuer.
- Total failure of the Service. A confirmed fault on our side made the Service completely unusable for a continuous period, you reported it to us while it was happening, and we could not fix it. Partial issues, slower processing and problems with connected platforms, your device or network are excluded.
An approved refund goes back to the original payment method, is limited to the amount paid for the affected period, and is our only liability for that case.
4. How to ask
Write to support@ultramarketer.com from the account owner's address within 14 days of the charge, with the invoice number and the reason under section 3. Requests made later or through other channels are not considered. We review them in the order they arrive.
5. Renewals and cancelling
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time in the billing portal; there is no need to contact us. Cancelling stops future renewals straight away and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. It does not reverse a charge already taken, including a renewal for a period that has started.
If a renewal payment fails, the amount is still due and the payment operator retries it over the following days. These retries are attempts to collect the same unpaid invoice, not new charges.
6. Records we keep
For every subscription we keep the date and time of purchase, the plan and price shown at checkout, your acceptance of these terms, the confirmation and renewal emails, and a log of activity in the workspace such as sign-ins, scans, plans, approvals and executed actions. The payment operator keeps its own record of each payment, including the card's country and the result of any bank verification. Claims are assessed against these records.
If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first. Opening a chargeback without doing so breaches our terms; we then provide these records to your bank and close the account.
