AI Google Ads Management That Writes, Cuts Waste and Launches
AI Google Ads management uses AI to analyze an account and make the changes a PPC specialist would. UltraMarketer reads your search terms, campaigns and conversions, removes wasted spend with negative keywords, writes responsive search ads within Google's character limits, proposes bid and budget changes and launches them in your account after approval.

What it changes in your Google Ads account
These are the routine jobs that decide most of a search account's performance. Each one arrives as a prepared action with its expected impact.
Negative keywords
Search terms with spend and no conversions over 90 days, grouped and written with the right match type.
Responsive search ads
New headlines and descriptions written from your landing page and best performing queries, with pinning only where it helps.
Budgets and impression share
Campaigns that lose impression share to budget get more, campaigns with poor cost per conversion get less.
Bid strategy
Proposals to move between Maximize conversions, Target CPA and Target ROAS when your conversion volume supports it.
Keyword gaps
Converting queries that are not yet keywords, and Search Console queries where you rank but do not advertise.
Landing page match
Ad groups whose traffic lands on a generic page get a landing page draft built for that intent.
How it writes responsive search ads
A responsive search ad accepts up to 15 headlines of 30 characters and up to 4 descriptions of 90 characters. Google mixes them and shows up to three headlines and two descriptions at a time, so every line has to make sense on its own and next to any other line.
UltraMarketer drafts headlines from three sources: the words your converting customers actually search, the benefits and proof points on your landing page, and the offers your competitors run in the same auction. It counts characters as it writes, avoids repeating the same idea in different words, and keeps one line for your brand and one for your price or offer. Pinning is used sparingly, for example to keep the brand in position 1, because heavy pinning reduces the combinations Google can test.
You see the headlines with their character counts before anything goes live, edit any line and press Launch campaign. New ads can start paused if you prefer a final look inside Google Ads.
How negative keyword lists are built
Wasted spend in search is usually a list of search terms nobody had time to read. The agent reads all of them.
-
01
Pull search terms
90 days of search terms with cost, clicks and conversions from every search campaign.
-
02
Find the waste
Terms with spend and no conversions, plus intents that never convert for you, such as jobs, salary, free or how to.
-
03
Choose match types
Negative exact for single bad queries, negative phrase for bad intents, negative broad only where safe, because negatives do not match close variants the way keywords do.
-
04
Check for conflicts
Every proposed negative is checked against your converting keywords and queries so it does not block good traffic.
-
05
Apply and monitor
Negatives go to the campaign or a shared list, and the next weekly report shows the spend that stopped.
Worked example on a 9,000 USD search budget
A payroll software company spends 9,000 USD a month on search and gets 60 trial signups, a cost per signup of 150 USD. The first plan finds 214 search terms that spent 1,870 USD in the last month without converting.
Estimated monthly effect
- Spend on non converting terms removed
- $1,870
- Share of that spend reallocated to converting keywords
- $1,500
- Expected extra signups from the reallocated spend at a slightly higher cost
- 7 to 9
- Signups a month at a total spend of $8,630
- 67 to 69
- Cost per signup after the change
- $125 to $129
Some of the removed terms would have converted eventually, so the estimate is a range and the next report measures the real outcome. If cost per signup moves the wrong way, the negatives are rolled back with one click.
AI Google Ads management compared
Google's own automation, such as Smart Bidding and Performance Max, works inside the account toward the conversions you report. UltraMarketer works around it: it decides what to feed those systems and what to exclude.

Questions people ask
Something else? Write to support@ultramarketer.com.
Can AI manage Google Ads?
Yes. AI can analyze search terms, write ads, propose bids and budgets and apply the changes. UltraMarketer does this with your approval, inside spend caps and with every change logged and reversible.
Does it follow responsive search ad limits?
Yes. Each RSA can have up to 15 headlines of up to 30 characters and up to 4 descriptions of up to 90 characters. Character counts are shown next to every line.
Will it fight Smart Bidding or Performance Max?
No. It keeps your bid strategy unless the data supports a change, and focuses on what those systems cannot do alone: excluding bad traffic, writing better assets, fixing landing pages and moving budget between campaigns.
What access does it need?
Read access to start. Write access to Google Ads is requested only when you first press Execute on a Google Ads action, and you can revoke it at any time.
How often does it check the account?
Metrics sync on a schedule during the day, live actions are monitored against your caps, and a new Weekly Growth Plan arrives every Monday.
